“I didn't recieive a courtesy call before he showed up. That was important to me and I was a little annoyed. I appreciate knowing about 15 out when someone is coming to the door. Other than that Chris was courteous and presented well. He worked continueusly despite the heat and finished in the time frame he gave. I was pleased with his work.”
