Could have hired the middle schooler down the street for this level of service. Detail means thoroughness. Compartments not wiped down, dirt still on seats. The only thoroughness I received was the details of 3 ruptured disks in the technician's back, and a REQUIRED tip to be added to the service fee paid. Nice guy, needs to work harder and talk less.”
