“Upon first glance, everything looked great and I was happy so I complemented my technician and tipped. But later in the day I looked up at the ceiling and saw some stains that were quite noticeable, and i could tell it hadn’t been cleaned at all it was completely dry. So that would be why I’m giving it a four out of five. Im happy with everything else he did.”
