“You scheduled all 3cars and I even gave option to do 1 another day you said no you can get them all done however you didn't and had to come back the next day. All on the one with interior only the inside windows were not cleaned and a greasey film was all over them. The Yukon was not completed on the outside. Back fenders have bug and tar still and the back lights with chrome casing were not cleaned. ”

“Interior leather was not treated. Mag wheels were somewhat dirty and the front grill was left dirty. I had to dress the interior floor matts to make them look clean.”
