“My appointment was scheduled for 8-11 am. I received a text message from cardetailing.com that stated my technician would be here at 8:00 am. I then received a call from my technician asking if I wanted to reschedule because of the rain. And when I said I didn’t, he asked if I was sure that I didn’t want to reschedule. I had already waited almost a month for that appointment, so, no, I didn’t want to reschedule. He got there around 9:30, which is not 8:00. He told me he would call me when he was finished, which he did. Since the service had already been paid for, he asked if he needed to wait for me or if he could just go. I told him to go. So, basically this technician didn’t want to come and then couldn’t wait to leave. And, it showed in his work. When I went out to look at my vehicle, he had done a nice job cleaning it. However, there was still some spots that he missed with the vacuum between my seats. If I were paying for this service, I would have made him come back. ”
