Car looks like a regular wash job with spray wash, wheels not thoroughly cleaned as expected for a Platinum package. Concerned that paid for Platinum and received regular quality. Will suggest to my network that if paying for premium service, to ensure they supervise the work so they get what they paid for. I’m a regular customer and this is the first service I receive of this quality.”
