“This company subcontracted out the cleaning of my car. Although I was not originally pleased with the job overall, it was an improvement over the starting point. After I filled out the survey and sent pictures, they did send the same contractor out to re-do the seats. Overall, I would say I was not pleased with the final result. For $219.00 (only for the inside of the car) I expected the car to be spotless. It wasn't. Can't say that the return trip vastly improved the result. Still had sticker glue from the dealer paper on the inside windows. The contractor said, "that's not part of the cleaning." So, in the end, I would NOT reuse this company or the subcontractor”

“The interior windows were not cleaned. Also, the stains on the front seats did not come out. I don't know if this was because of the chemicals or the process used. Finally, there is still a strong smell inside the vehicle. This I think was not addressed at all or if it was, it was not handled effectively.”
